Light golden color. Faint aromas of lemon zest, green apple, chalk and white flowers. The palate notes an assortment of citrus fruits (lemon, lime, grapefruit, orange zest) with additional notes of green apple and kiwi. Abundant mineral on the dusty and somewhat funky finish. Well balanced and highly concentrated.
