2016, probably the best Chablis I have ever had, quintessential, so much tension that I swear the glass was vibrating. Taut quartz crystal, brine, lemon peel, ginger, with whispers of orange rind and honeyed almonds. Met winemaker/ owner Fabian who believes this vintage will peak in 5 years. Great in its infancy Si can only hope to try it as it ages.
