All around stunning. Gold hue, refreshing acidity, lots of texture & minerality and a plethora of aromas and flavors: lemon, yellow apple, salinity, toasted almond, lees, slight mushroom. Multifaceted long finish and surprisingly fresh for 2009. 13%ABV, vinification in stainless, aged 4 months in barrels (90% 1-3 yo, 10% new).

Well-rounded and balanced. Personal tastes reveal a strong preference for 1er Cru, but I dug this overall.

Just had this with 6 other Christian Moreau Chablis at a 2016 release tasting. All great this was power and restraint citrus, saline, quartz, apples
