#Chardonnay Himmel! When I die and arrive at the gates of Heaven (Himmel), I will candidly ask St. Peter..."So what's your favorite #white #Burgundy?" If he doesn't mention at least one wine from this estate, I'm going straight to Hell and see if the guy in charge there doesn't agree with me.👿😡

Pure infanticide, smokey, beautiful acidity, chalk, salty and amazing profoundness, deep as the ocean. Strangly enough rounder and more ready than the 2013 village. Still a wine a to bow to and a privilege to drink. Coche keeps on rocking.
