Nice I think "rustic but balanced" puts it well.

This Crozes-Hermitage is an extraordinary value with a deep and concentrated richness on the nose and palate. Dark fruit and violets, and lots of sandalwood, that linger through a long finish. Lower alcohol and medium body mean no burn. Strongly recommended!
