Domaine Coursodon (Jérôme et Pierre Coursodon)
Silice Saint Joseph Syrah
A bit rough. Sharp tannins in finish. Still, it is a St. Joseph.

Dec 20th, 20202015 vintage. This surprised us. So jammy and delicious for an old world wine. With grilled lamb chops it was a sublime pairing. Some violets and crushed rocks. Good acidity and tannins.

Jul 18th, 2017Medium minus lemon. On the nose, flowers, limestone, very ripe white peach. On the palate, signs of oak, butter, tropical fruits, lychee, mango, guava, spices. Medium plus acidity, medium sugar.
