Aug 20th, 20152022 fall. I hadn’t opened an older Dauvissat in a long time. 2006 Burgundies still feel a bit foursquare (for both whites and reds). There was a touch of honeyed development on the nose but this still tasted precisely like Dauvissat Forest...I wonder how it will continue to evolve.
