An intensely saline almost stinky nose with limestone, chalk, lime and flint. On the palate, cool and focused. Less intense than the 2010 on the palate with a sharpness and cut and sharp elbows of structure.

Mid golden yellow. Nose of lemon and wet rocks. Apple, citrus, exotic fruit and stone. Long, long finish. Missing a bit of focus and a tad flabby but overall very good.

Took a little while to fully open, but when it did, some fireworks. Had started to get the delicious decayed minerality to go with the lemony fruit

This is banging.. The full seashell followed by the corn tortillas.

Tightly wound. Saturated palate of saline sea shells and lime zest. Needs time

Perfect Chablis. Layers and layers of minerality and citrus. Seashells, salt and all things Chablis as well. Btls like this really let you understand the difference between premier crus and grand crus.

A great, complex chablis with a finish that won't quit. Memorable.
