Incredible value!! Soft velvet tannins, and jammy with that subtle mint interwoven. The chalkiness in the finish is like a fine milk chocolate. Nicely constructed!! Fuck the adage of red wines with red meat, I had it with Atlantic cod with a tangy Asian inspired sauce, really mixed well with the tang to bring out a slight and pleasing sweetness in the flaky fish!!
