I bought this on Andorra’s main drag, and it’s a little bizarre. Reductive, green, a little metallic. Bit of plum and tannins. Not delicious but fun to remember passing through the little country and buying a bottle from the Pyrenees. — 3 years ago
I am in love with this wine which, luckily for me, is carried by our local Bi-Rite. It’s become our go-to dinner red — 4 years ago
Loved this one! Went bizarrely well with burritos — 2 years ago
Tasted at the winery. Not flabby like it can be in the S of France — 3 years ago
Opened this is a Left Bank v Right Bank taste-off against a 2015 Chateau Beau-Sejour Becot and this one won handily. Smooth and balanced, with a long finish. Probably even better in a year or two, if I can wait that long to drink the second bottle! — 3 years ago
2000 vintage—bought it on a lark. I get the bretty note another rater detected, but mostly it’s sublime classic Left Bank Bordeaux, but lacking a bit of nose — 2 years ago
Just the thing — 3 years ago
Opened this one too soon. All I could taste was tannin. I’d give it 3-4 more years — 3 years ago
I loved this bottle so much that I asked my friend where she got it and she says, Milan. Oh well. — 6 years ago
