This is a tight, crisp lean, delightful, refreshing Cotes de Provence wine. Some 2017 rose' are proving to be too plump for my tastes, but this one seems perfect. Had it with some casual seafood at an outdoor joint, the briny salt marsh air proved to be a perfect companion.
