Apr 6th, 2020Plummy. Cinnamon and heavy clove. A little meat pie thing. Broad and ripe, a little brothy. Not too extracted, but missing freshness/ minerality. Disappointing; was expecting based on reviews to like this more. Could be bottle variation, there was definitely something microbial going on.

Jan 19th, 2022Wonderful floral aromatics. Taste was lively and fresh with good minerality. A little funk on the finish as well.
Raspberry and violet notes.

Delicious. Tastes a bit more restrained than recent warmer vintages like 15 and 17.
