Pépie Bulles Sparkling Blend

Green apple, white flowers, honeydew melon, almond skin, oyster shell. Creamy mousse. A lil' oxidized cause I waited too long to open it, but it's working for me.

Delicious. Cidery, pert, dry fruit.

Tart green apple and some floral character, it is on the simple side but has a nice fizz and is refreshing. With some time in the glass a little nuttiness comes out and it gets more cider-y. I much prefer Pepiere's Muscadets.

Light, apricot. The fizz really makes it and is a wonderful value for the taste.
