Jun 3rd, 2018Wax, sea spray, pear, lemon, roasted nut, candied almond, vanilla, butterscotch. Rich with glycerol on the palate with high acid balancing. Aromas match the nose and are very intense. Long oxidative finish. Yum with roast chicken.

Dec 21st, 2017Great wine. I haven't had many of these oxidized whites but this one is quite unique and intriguing. Caramel, toast, almond, rich, but w good acidity, grilled peach, roasted lemon.
