Really nicely done for a global warming era Chablis. Nose has lots going on. Orchard fruit, citrus zest, deep, slightly brothy limestone minerality, meadow clover. On the palate it’s lean but full-flavored. Still feels like it needs a year or two for all the angular components (acids, minerality, some phenolic bitters) to integrate, but it’s very, very good now.

Light gold color, flinty, seashells, apples, smooth yet showing tension. A pleasure, great QPR
