Appearance: clear, light lemon
Nose: clean & neutral, rock/mineral at best.
Palate: dry, medium-minus acid, light lemon, light mineral and stainless. A bit vague. Short finish.
Conclusion: Good.
Commentary: Light enjoyable Chardonnay. I'm thinking Eggs Benedict as a pairing, might work. 12% ABV @ $16.
More character, slight less alc, and more money, than Three Wishes Chardonnay (12.5% ABV @ $2.50). Yes, worth the extra $13.50, if you can afford it, and are seeking a low ABV.

Need to open the bottle and let it sit for a couple of hours, then this wine shows his full and rich flavor!

Goes well with (grilled) salmon, cheeses (like brie), and pasta (alone or with poultry like turkey).
