Domaine des Terres Dorées (Jean-Paul Brun)
L'Ancien Vieilles Vignes Nouveau Beaujolais Gamay
Really enjoyed it! Would easily serve as an adequate table wine or for cooking. A particularly good vintage this year.

Dec 1st, 2024Dead. No surprise as it's Nouveau and should have been consumed within six months. A worthwhile experiment, however.

Nov 26th, 2016Probably the best Nouveau I’ve had. Tastes almost like a straight Beaujolais.

Nov 21st, 2017Lightly sweet with dark cherry forward and a spicy finish. Jammy and acidic. Bright but thin color. Low tannins.

Nov 19th, 2017Incredibly tolerant to the palate. Soft at the beginning with a touch of red fruits, but closing with complex and dry ending, attributable to the tannin I would say.
