Dead. No surprise as it's Nouveau and should have been consumed within six months. A worthwhile experiment, however.

Lightly sweet with dark cherry forward and a spicy finish. Jammy and acidic. Bright but thin color. Low tannins.

Nov 19th, 2017Incredibly tolerant to the palate. Soft at the beginning with a touch of red fruits, but closing with complex and dry ending, attributable to the tannin I would say.
