RoseRock Pinot Noir

Supple and sexy, this is anchored in purple and black fruits, accented with a wash of coffee liqueur. Further barrel-related flavors bring malted milk candy into the mix, yet the wine remains balanced and beautifully integrated, and none of the expressive flavors seem overdone.

Shimmering red. A complex bouquet evokes fresh red berries, candied flowers, smoky minerals and baking spices. Juicy, subtly sweet and lively on the palate, offering spice-tinged bitter cherry, raspberry and floral pastille flavors that turn deeper as the wine opens up. Medium Ruby, darker than most OR Pinot’s, with red fruits and a bouquet of floral spice. On the palate blackberry, plum and cherry flavors with citrus and rustic notes of espresso, cacao and licorice wrapped in savory oak. Fine soft tannins, long finish ending with fruit and savory spice. Very Nice! Can benefit with cellar aging.

Hey, I’m not down for Pinot very often but this one pulled a surprise on me. I liked it, I really did!

Interesting. First sip is mist my mineral & herbs so most clove like. Nice fruit too.

Very typical west coast pinot noir nose and palate. No real depth or individual character. Won't buy again.

Solid wine. Bigger body than I would expect from Oregon but hits the mark. Great with meat and cheese. Beemster and Pinot. Yum.

First bottle of the night, might not be the last...nice cherry fruit
