Lemon juice and lime pith poured over a wine glass full of gravel...and I mean that in a nice way. Long finish.

Grapefruit and lemon pith and peel, raspberry, strawberry, and limestone and shale minerality on the nose. Remarkably congruent with the nose on the palate, with more grapefruit, lemon, raspberry, stone minerality, and strawberry, with lemon peel and more limestone lasting the longest through the finish. A very refreshing, dry, mineral-forward wine, classic Provence rosé.
