Showing really well at the moment. Was worried about premox, but there is still a freshness to the fruit and acidity, while the nutty, oxidized elements are still evolving at a reasonable pace.

Interesting seeing this wine develop over the course of a few hours. Initially shut down and reductive, it evolved into one of the more nuanced / complex White Burg's I've had in awhile.

Juicy fruit with quince, apple and citrus zest. There is a spiced edge to the aromas. Flavors are advanced with cream tinged lemon and quince fruit. The finish is a just a bit fat.
