2012. Just a complete wine. So young but the lemon zest, minerals and concentrated flavours are astounding. Quite ripe but lean at the same time. An exercise in absolutes and possibly the best Chablis I've ever tried.

The 2004 vintage was everything I thought it would be. Although a bit more oxidized and round the acid was right there in the classic dauvissat style.

2007. Decanted and needed a good hour + to really get going. Lots of mineral and concentrated lemon and white stone fruit. Lovely textures and great acidity all throughout.
