Medium straw; hints of white flower, stone fruit and mineral on the nose; the palate is very bright, even tart with citrus pith, green apple and chalky minerality, but the acidity is the standout. Is this in its best place today? This was much rounder on day two and a caramel note presented with both improving the rating.
