We bought when put to market and stored all these years. Truly good stuff. Complex and dense in spades. If one thing, mrs Barthod does very masculine wines we think. They tend to lack the delicate side of Chambolle.

Closed for the first hour. Finally opened up to rose pedals and pepper on nose, red fruit and earth on palate, and medium finish. Will decant and open at least an hour before hand next time. Pepper became more pronounced after 2 hours. Will hold to next day.
