An intermezzo of sorts. I was spoiled with a small pour of this before we got into the Pegaü which was in desperate need of air. This was beguiling. Aromas of plums and teriyaki. Delicious red fruits on the palate. Quite a bit of grip. This is now my third Hubert Lignier experience and I think it’s safe to say that I’ve been positively hooked. This is the kind on Burgundy I want in my life. Sadly, my bank account won’t likely survive. Huge thanks to @Charles Ludwig for this treat.
