Le Mont Demi-Sec Vouvray Chenin Blanc

Vintage age 2018 | yesterday tasted with Coravin, today with more air. That gives the wine an extra dimension - so eventually decant it. Smell: Turkish Fruit, hay, impression of honey and melon. Well balanced taste, well rounded taste ( in Dutch: mollig) high in bitters. Became a real treat with a sushibol as first course and Cantonese cabbage with shrimps afterwards.

Pale straw, heady aroma of white flowers - acacia, lime, juicy apricot, pineapple, white peach, white pepper, celery. High acidity, high alcohol. Full body. Long finish. 14%.

PVery nice wine! Balance is beautiful! Apples, Honey, white flowers, Pear, vanilla pudding, Cotton candy and minerals. Alc. 14%...like candy!

Excellent! Apple juice aromas. More apple on the palate with some honeysuckle notes. Perfect for grilled salmon on this summer like day in NJ.
