Nose is a bit quiet. Super mineral and airy but seems closed. Palate has it all but it also seems closed. Lemony. Lime. Huge blast of minerals. But seems awkward and super closed. This wine is like some kid in early puberty wither the skeezy mustache as the only gasp of facial hair. Will revisit.

UPDATE - wow. 8.9 to 9.3. What clarity, grip and minerality. Gorgeous elegance and sweet minerals. Awesome. Air just made this magical.

Clean, mineral-driven, soft and round. Compared to the other premiere crushing from this producers this one seemed just a tad unfocused. Medium finish

Would not guess this is a 15.

Nose is gorgeous. It has that insane gorgeous perfumey density. As it aerates it evolves into some crazy intense profound rich mineral thing with undefined rich fruit.

Pretty classic balance wise albeit with some nice fruit. Still that chablisien minerality. Awesome texture. Wow. Sweet rocks on the palate. Almost some northern Rhône like elements. Sick.

Beautiful long finish. Like petrified green apples.

Top top top top notch.

This guy is a star. Buy as much as you can cellar. You will weep you didn’t buy more when these are raveneau prices.

Chablisien profile but very rich.

Nose is rich. Almost buttery. Not oaky. Perfumed though in a lovely way. Really pretty.

Palate has green apple. But almost like it’s baked. Some minerality. But not a screamer. Really delicious. Rich on the palate.

A very enjoyable wine if a bit atypical.

As this opens its spectacular. I shouldnt really go crazy on it bc the vintage is so reviled. But it’s amazing. Rich yet elegant. Aromatic. Complex. Wow.
