Jan 1st, 2016Lemons. Nose, attack, finish. I love lemons. Nice minerality, restrained oak regimen, tangy sappy lemon finish. Less green apple in this vintage. I'll have another glass please.

Feb 12th, 2015Creamy, lemon pith, great depth. I had it at 55* and all the flavors were there. My new go to white when I need to impress anyone.

Nov 19th, 2016Enjoying this wine the night before a mandatory evacuation of South Carolina due to Hurricane Matthew! There are four of us drinking this wine with fish entrees. The wine pairs well with flounder and trout. Wine needs to breathe a little. Pear on the nose. Hint of honey followed by a taste of lemon.

Oct 4th, 2016My new favorite white Burgundy! Wonderful minerality with very elegant citrus fruit. Do not drink it too cold if you would like to appreciate the complexity. Cool it down if you want it bone dry.
