Well made, but needs time at this point. Tannins are tight and chalky. Air helps, but time in bottle will correct.

A very pleasant surprise. Still very primary, but no evidence of any of the oxidative tendencies that often plague Jura wine. Very round on the palate. Look forward to seeing how this develops.

Chiseled out of granite with notes of sulphur, lemon and grapefruit juice. Super-clinical, taut and severe yet enjoyable too if acid's your thing.
