Kaysersberg Alsace Sylvaner

Another excellent Sylvaner from Schoech. Crisp, citrusy, a little green-herbal on the nose. Nice ripeness and fruit on the palate. Go Hoosiers!

This rocks. I wish I had a big bowl of mussels to eat with this. Floral, freshly cut lawn, a little citrus. Stones and Minerals and great acidity in this crisp, refreshing wine. So good.
