Definitely a new world feel to it, but it works with braised chicken legs that has a cup of this wine in the braising liquid and the rest in our glass. My one and only 2009 Burgundy.

Well the gros family can certainly make burgundies. That we know. This wine is delicious example of non grand crus burgundy. Nice bright cherry coke on the palate with a herb and underbrush clean finish. Nice acidity and balance. Feels like cashmere going down.
