This night the wine that has been opened is the 2019 Domaine Paul Cherrier Sancerre Sauvignon Blanc from Verdigny, France just north of Sancerre in the Loire Valley.
The nose I am getting lime, green apple, pineapple, hibiscus and a good mineral limestone note.
On the palate there is lime, grapefruit, white peach, pear, a bit of saline, mineral notes and wet stone.
This wine is medium bodied with medium to medium + acidity that moves wonderfully into a medium long citrus minerality finish. Looks to be a great week ahead with good spring weather. Please continue to be safe and healthy. Nostrovia! 🥂🥂🥂🥂

Mar 31st, 2021This time I found it very pleasant, and subdued. Less acidic then NZ SB, which I liked.

Jan 7th, 2023First, it is not NZ SB. Less mineral and acidic. Some sweetness. But far from outstanding.
