2014. Interesting producer. No oak for this vineyard, steely, mineral, and rich but not over the top. Way too young. This could do well for another decade. Great value.

I can't get enough of this wine. Ripe green apple, lemon zest and a touch of honeysuckle on the nose. Great acidity on the palate with a stony mineral character. Best of the 2014's from Servin.
