Bouquet starts with Mediterranean Sea breeze, followed by green tea, jasmine, citrus fruits. Whiff of volcanic ashes))
Medium-bodied palate of pronounced mirerality/salinity & vivid acidity. Lemon, ginger, white pepper, apple, pineapple, white currant,
Spicy/citrusy finish of enormous length and intensity.
Paired greatly rabbit stewed with chicory.
