Citrus, stone minerality, bracing acid, kiwi, and lemon zest on the finish. Great with fried calamari :)

Dec 9th, 2016Expressive nose with aromas of banana, lemon peel, honeysuckle and hints of fresh grass.
It is dry with a recy acidity and tension. It has a medium body and pronounced intensity flavours. The finish is long. It could be more complex, but the flavour concentration balances very well the acidity.

Bright lemon notes, with steely, piercing acidity almost akin to Riesling, but racier and with less definition. Strong petrol-like notes with a pungent leaning towards kerosene, undertone of straw. Full bodied, little or no signs of oaking, but depth of tertiary character suggests some bottle age.
