2023/3/23 with pan fried cod, puréed potatoes with lait ribot and fines herbes, etc. This was definitely more advanced than the platonic ideal for its age, but I can enjoy these wines if they’re not too extreme - nuts, cream and all that

Dec 26th, 20222022/11/22-23. The most developed of the 3 bottles I had, with some gold to the color and a touch of nuttiness on the nose. Still, it’s not too obtrusive (for my taste) and also blows off a bit. Rounded citrus fruit, cream and a bit of stone. Alkaline. A pretty good deal in this day and age for 8 year old Chardonnay from the slope...
