Domaine Vincent Paris
Granit 30 Cornas Syrah
Better than I expected from the vintage. Showing very good flavor depth and easy length.

Dec 7th, 2018This tasty Cornas worked nicely with the richer dishes. Fruit forward, it started to open up as we were finishing the meal and the bottle, so often the challenge with the second bottle at restaurants.

May 16th, 2017Initially the profile is very fruit-forward, but after a few minutes subtle mineral and herbaceous notes start emerging. Lacks a bit of mid-palate grip, but overall very easy to drink. Should improve with a few more years in the bottle.

Feb 22nd, 2017Beautiful, purple, peppery, boysenberry and savory, minerally Syrah, countering what has been a monumentally shitty couple of weeks. And don't tell me not to get political. This is just me and my Syrah talkin, so unfollow if you don't like it.
