Domaine Vincent Paris
Granit 30 Cornas Syrah
I mean, who doesn’t love a Rhône valley wine?
Classically lovely barnyard wafts, yet more finesse, like a farm to table Michelin rated restaurant, amidst cows and grad and methane gas.
A weighty wine, with dark berry overall, a hint of Brett, yet not enough to kill all of the flavor, cherry tart, menthol, pomegranate seed, flexing tannins.
A fine ripple these eve. Although bested at darts, I nearly came though in dominoes.

Pretty tasty. Clove, spice, cured smoked meat and dark fruit. Needed time to open but balanced and medium bodied.

Apr 23rd, 2022Lovely fruit, spices linger, solid but not cloying tannins. Nose has some barnyard scents to it. Really enjoyed this after my 2 week or so hiatus from drink.
