Lime, citrus, mineral on the nose; almost a little chalky. This is better than the last bottle that I had, but still a little too tart and mineral driven. With Chablis these days, I really am looking for a balance rather than a citrus mineral bomb with salinity. Having other fruits besides citrus balance this out is a plus and I’m just not getting that right now.

Ideal acidity, crisp minerality, long citrus finish. Nice and easy Chablis. (2013) #garagiste
