Pale lemon in color, swirling the glass reveals fresh aromas of lemon, green apple, pastry and a dash of almonds. Medium bodied, the 2020 Chablis Champs Royaux is a snappy little Chablis balanced by a lively acidity. The medium finish confirms a wine of good quality. I'm glad to see that this négoce wine from Fèvre has improved over recent years. Drink now until 2026
