Pale to mid Gold in colour. Tasted blind I would think this is new world. A small trace of oyster shell giving it away as Chablis. Great refreshment and drinking at its peak. Wouldn’t cellar it for longer. Not really the depth and intensity of a Grand Cru.

I’d have believed it if you said 2017 instead of 07. Riveting acidity and superb density, citrus zest and minerals, still on the way up, really good Chablis.
