More fat and round than a typical Chablis - but the guts are all there. Fabulous

Double magnum. Mediocre.

Cut grass - pale yellow/green - oily mouthfeel & texture - subtle salt and lime flavors that intensify 30 seconds later on the palate

Green apple, lime zest, and flinty minerals on the nose. A little taut in the mouth, but a nice saline finish.

Apple and citrus on the nose. Stone on the too-short finish. Drink now. #Chablis

Good but a bit over the hill.

Smells like blue cheese and ripe pears. Long finish with green apples and salinity. Less minerality than anticipated, great weigh in the palate.

Pale gold color, with green hue. Nose of green apple and citrus fruit. Smooth and balanced palate. Long finish.
