Green apple, lemon, , hint of basil aromas. Med body, med p acid, med intensity, textured, hint of sweet green apple on the first palate followed by hint of bitterness. Med p finish with minerality, green apple. Classic crisp chablis.

The only French at the chardonnay tasting. Crisp with tropical fruits. Especially papaya.
