Quite a complex aroma, apricot, peach and melon and a subtle leesy mineraly note. It's dry, leesy and the texture is imperceptibly fine. The pallet is full of tangy apricot bolstered by powerful and fresh acidity that doesn't appear so at first glance. I can't say that the overall wine suits my tastes but there is some outstanding winemaking going on here. This deserves high praise.

Full golden color, it let's hope for a good experience. On the nose I immediately catch the minerality - and can only ask myself why this superb quality is still in discussion? I didn't let it cool down enough so I only have the wet rock scent, no fruit - maybe apricot - no flower. Astringent, fresh och it explodes my mouth in a minute. I <3 #chablis
