Yellow amber to antique gold developing in this 8 year old beauty. Nose showing pineapple and baked lemon, green onion and lemon bread. Lemon pith opening on the palate with lime peel, lemon zest and briny cucumber. Kumquat sharpness, white grapefruit, bitter orange, kefir lime. Not cellared, so rapid age expected, still a lovely treat.

Wholly classic #chablis - tart lemon, wet stone on nose, bracing acidity on the palate, gets more delicious as it warms, not as textured as a Premier Cru but a delicious #bourgogneblanc with strong QPR, nonetheless. — 7 months ago

2007 Lime, lime pith and lemon peel hold strong despite age. Lemon madeleines, orange oil, tangerine pith, lemongrass, evergreen. Orange peel, lemon oil and lemongrass forefront, while lime neutralizes to background color green olive swims in the lime, chamomile, kefir lime, grape leaf, crystalline salinity. Bright and ripe after 15 years!
