Dried lemon skin, not zest, not juice. Chalk, wet rock....maybe flint.....freshly-dewed, Spring northern rye grass. Great vintage.....very young, but superb mouth feel with great acidic balance.

I am not quite sure what to make of petit Chablis. Nothing wrong with this as a wine but not quite sure what it is trying to do!

Quite an acidic chardonnay with lots of fresh, cut grass, lemon peel vibes, bit of peanut and a touch of butter but not a creamy/buttery chardonnay

A chalky smokyness to it. Citrus and some unripe apricot along with subtle pear and green apple-zest. Bone-dry and nice high acidity. Dom. Fevre or just Fevre "negociánt" - this is a really good wine.

Preserved lemon, green apple, oyster shell. There is some good fruit in there but it tastes very acidic on the finish. Bordering on too acidic.
