'99 on 9/20/15. Amazing how time allows it to express itself. Amazing gold color with fruit tones that are not overly sweet while balanced with limestone and minerals. Paired with chicken amazing but couldn't wait to just drink by itself and enjoy. The subtle peach and honeysuckle in the front with stone and mineral finish is an incredible balance.
