Vendange Tardive (Vieilles Vignes) Brand Grand Cru Riesling

My ideal type of white. Tertiary notes just started to show up. Harmonious. Super impressed.

Holy shit. Outstanding.

Great balance, slightly dried apricots, figs and a touch of peach balanced with perfect acidity and delicate sweetness. Has a long way to go but drinking beautifully now.

So honeyed...300+ grams per liter of RS but acid still

Characteristic Riesling aroma plus some candied airiness. Incredible RS, acid, and lengthy flavor. Thus continues my love affair with aged Alsace. <3

I LOVE RIESLINGS! Such a gorgeous color, too.
