Apr 12th, 2024Pale straw in color; peaches, rose petals, and citrus zest on the nose; medium acidity; tastes like lemon, perfume, and lychee (I think). Nellie says it's ok. A little too tart for her tastes. I like it and I think it will pair well with ceviche.

A pleasant nose of white flowers and under ripe white peach with grass and fresh herbs.
Good neutral acids (in other words satisfies the Grüner crowd and the Sauv Blanc lovers but doesn't offend the chard-heads) and a non-offensive med+ length.
It's a quaffer. A great money maker at any bar/resto serving it as an oyster chaser.
