Slightly underripe herbal note along with green strawberries on the nose. Lite-Brite in the mouth, a finishing with a pleasant bitterness. It may not sound very appealing, but this does it for me.

Apr 2nd, 2015A little bit darker and heavier Cru Beaujolais. This has aged well. Drinks more like an Intro Burg. Tart red fruit with a little black fruit. Noticeable tannins but well integrated.

Dec 5th, 20202009 - lots of dark fruit out at the gate, almost luscious, great companion to beef tongue and ratatouille, as opens, the dark mineral almost saline side emerges and makes for great food match

2015. Nose is savory: Rose, rice, green pepper. Aerated and let sit for about 30 min. Smooth, Dry, medium tannins with blueberry and leather.
