2006 singing nicely

Definitely should have given this at least 24 hours to open. Way too young to drink. Don't open unless it's 15 years or older. These wines can age 70 to 100 years. So they say.

2006 in 2017. Great Brdx style blend. Dark and dense. It struck me that after a decade it doesn't taste like its aged a day.

Silky dark red fruit with hints of licorice and tobacco.

Petroleum, plum and forest floor (the better of the two verticals)

Not the best vintage but going strong 💪🏼

I love this wine for its elegance. Flavored unfold seamlessly with no tannins to speak of.
Just love it.
